Baths experience 2 hours
This includes full use of the aroma steam, ice chamber, hot steam, sauna and plunged pool.
We recommend the following during your experience:- showering to remove any perfumes or products from the skin followed by alternating between the hot and cold experiences for upto 30 mins then relaxing in the lounge. Replenish your fluids by drinking infused water and teas and repeating the cycle as required upto 2hrs in the Baths experience. You may also choose to book one of our signature treatments to enhance.
Enjoy a light lunch platter with a selection of cold meats, cheese, chutney, olives, grapes, crackers, bread and oil for dipping. Vegetarian option available. NOT Gluten free
You may also wish to purchase hot and cold drinks on the day from our small fully licensed café bar
There will be selection of cakes, bakes and soup available daily.
